As a registered NDIS provider, we deliver professional, person-centered support grounded in lived experience, clinical collaboration, and positive community inclusion. We are committed to clarity, accessibility, and transparency in every service we offer — from Coordination of Support and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching to Community Participation and Group-Based programs. Through respectful partnerships, evidence-informed practices, and a deep understanding of each participant’s unique goals, Lumawell Care Group exists to enrich lives and create lasting impact for the individuals we support.
